- Users asking for payment outside the Salmart platform.

Salmart has a simple and effective reporting process.

Option 1: From the Chat Page
- Open the chat with the suspicious user.
- Tap the three-dot menu at the top-right.
- Select “Report User”.
- Choose the reason and provide brief details.
Option 2: From a Product Listing
- Click the three dot on the product or post.
- Tap “Report”.
- Submit your reason.

Once your report is received:
- Our moderation team reviews the case immediately.
