Stay Updated: New Features on Salmart

See What We’ve Built and What’s Coming Next
Published by Salmart Technologies | August 4, 2025

We’re building Salmart one step at a time, with real users in mind — not hype. Every line of code, every feature you see (and the ones coming soon) are created to make your buying and selling experience smoother, safer, and more reliable.

This is not just another marketplace. It’s a purpose-driven project, and we want you to grow with us. That's why we're sharing updates as they happen — no fluff, no fake timelines, just progress.

✅ What We’ve Already Built

  • Offline Access (PWA): You can use Salmart even without data, thanks to our progressive web app.
  • Buyer Protection (CMR System): Your money is protected until you're satisfied with the deal.
  • Direct Messaging: Buyers and sellers can chat directly, just like WhatsApp.
  • Smart Receipt Sharing: After payment, receipts can be shared via chat.
  • Ad Posting & Profiles: Sellers can create clean, attractive listings from any device.
  • Admin Dashboard: We're monitoring and improving the platform from the backend.
  • And Lots More: You can check the platform to see other features.

🛠️ What We're Working On Next

  • Automated Bargain Mode – Lets help you negotiate price deals fairly without stress and long talks.
  • Improved media querries for larger screens – To help desktop users get a best experience.

Built by One Man — For the Many

This isn’t a corporate team or a funded startup. Salmart is built from scratch by Chris Douglas, a Nigerian developer with a clear mission:

“To create a safe, powerful space for buying and selling online — and help everyday people thrive.”

No team, no loans, no hype. Just vision, grit, and honesty.
